You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use our Services. By using them, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to bind yourself or your entity.
2. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations (e.g., abuse, non-payment).
- Use OAuth integrations (e.g., Google) at your own risk; we do not store passwords.
3. Services and Features
- Freemium Plan: Basic features (multi-account, scheduling, basic filtering) at no cost, subject to limits (e.g., usage quotas).
- Premium Plan: $12/month (billed annually/monthly) for AI features. Auto-renews; cancel anytime.
- We may update features, pricing, or discontinue Services with notice.
4. User Content and Conduct
- You retain ownership of your emails/content; we process it only for Services (e.g., AI summaries).
- Prohibited: Illegal use, spam, harassment, or uploading malware.
- We may monitor for compliance but respect privacy (see Privacy Policy).
5. Payments and Refunds
- Premium billed via Stripe or similar; taxes included where applicable.
- No refunds for partial months; 7-day trial for Premium.
- Disputes via support@maili.in.
6. Intellectual Property
Services and content are our property (or licensors'). You get a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use. No reverse-engineering or commercial resale.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
- Services provided "as is"; no warranties for accuracy (e.g., AI suggestions) or uptime.
- Liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months; no indirect damages.
8. Termination
We may terminate for violations with notice. Upon termination, access ends; we delete data per Privacy Policy (except for legal retention).
9. Governing Law
